野球、バスケットボール、サッカーなどのスポーツカードを中心に、シングルカード、鑑定済みカード、未開封ボックス・パックを取り扱っています。

撮影時の照明やご利用の画面によって、色合いや細かな傷の見え方が異なる場合があります。気になる点がございましたら、ご購入前にメールでお問い合わせください。

Japan Post EMS
海外への配送は、日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）です。送料は、お届け先の国と、お荷物の合計重量から計算したEMSの実際の料金です。重量は商品ごとの発送重量に、荷物あたりの梱包150gを加えたものです。梱包の追加料金はありません。
Japan Post EMS. The fee is the rate for the destination and total weight (item shipping weights + 150g packaging). No packaging surcharge.
商品代金が¥10,000以上の送料無料は、日本国内だけです。海外は金額にかかわらずEMS送料がかかります。
Free shipping on merchandise of ¥10,000 or more applies only within Japan. Overseas orders always pay the EMS rate.

関税・輸入税・通関手数料は、受取人のご負担です。お支払いの方法・時期は、お届け先の国・地域の法令および通関・配送業者の定めによります。お届けまでの日数は、EMSの配送先により異なります。

EMSでお受けできる重量の上限は30kgです。これを超えるお荷物は、info@cardboomasia.jp までご連絡ください。

発送時期
ご入金確認後、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。休業日やご注文状況により、発送までお時間をいただく場合があります。
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Holidays and order volume may delay dispatch.
梱包
商品は、種類や形状に応じて保護・梱包してお届けします。
Items are packed to suit their type and shape.
返送・再発送
お届け先の入力誤り、長期不在、正当な理由のない受け取り拒否などにより商品が返送された場合、返送・再発送にかかる実費をご負担いただくことがあります。
A wrong address, long absence, or unreasonable refusal may mean you pay the actual return and reshipment costs.
Cancel and changes
ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・変更は、原則としてお受けしておりません。ご注文前に、商品や数量、お届け先などをご確認ください。
やむを得ない事情がある場合は、できるだけ早くメールでご連絡ください。発送準備の状況などを確認のうえ、対応の可否をご案内いたします。
After confirmation, cancellations or changes for your convenience are generally not accepted. For an exceptional case, email us as soon as you can. We decide based on shipping preparation.
Returns and exchanges
お客様都合による返品・交換は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合や、掲載された写真・状態表記と異なる不具合がある場合は、商品到着後、できるだけ早くメールでご連絡ください。ご連絡の目安は到着後7日以内です。
メールには、ご注文番号と不具合の内容を記載し、該当箇所の写真を添付してください。内容を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金についてご案内いたします。当社の責任による返品・交換の送料は、当社が負担します。
お客様のお取り扱いによって生じた傷や破損は、返品・交換の対象外です。ただし、開封後に判明した不具合も含め、当社の責任による問題については個別に確認いたします。
なお、上記のご案内や7日間の目安は、法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。
Convenience returns are generally not accepted. If the item is wrong or does not match the photo or condition, email us as soon as you can — within 7 days of arrival is the guide — with the order number, what is wrong, and photos. We explain the return, exchange, or refund, and we pay shipping when the problem is ours. Damage from your handling is excluded. We still review issues that are our responsibility, including ones found after opening. This does not limit your statutory rights.

店頭では、商品の実物をご確認のうえ、ご購入いただけます。店頭とオンラインでは販売価格が異なる場合があり、それぞれの販売場所に表示された価格が適用されます。

Buyback
店頭買取・宅配買取に対応しています。お申し込み方法や買取の流れ、必要書類などの詳細は、買取ページをご確認ください。
日本橋店の店頭買取は、営業再開後の受付となります。休業期間中は、南堀江店または宅配買取をご利用ください。
In-store and mail-in buyback. Nipponbashi buyback resumes after the store reopens. Until then, use Minamihorie or mail-in.
Safe use
以下の行為はお控えください。
虚偽の情報によるご注文や、他人の情報・決済手段の不正利用
Orders with false information, or misuse of someone else’s details or payment method.
購入意思のないご注文、正当な理由のないキャンセルや受け取り拒否の繰り返し
Orders without intent to buy, or repeated cancellation or refusal without a valid reason.
割引や特典の不正取得を目的とした複数アカウントの作成
Multiple accounts created to obtain discounts or benefits improperly.
店舗の運営を妨げる行為や、他のお客様・スタッフへの迷惑行為
Disrupting the store, or disturbing other customers or staff.
必要に応じてご注文内容を確認し、安全なお取引が難しいと判断した場合は、ご注文のキャンセルやご利用の制限を行うことがあります。
We may cancel an order or limit use if a safe transaction is not possible.
